Condition of road poses danger to taxpayers taking the opportunity to enjoy a walk (sidewalks are either non existent or in such ill repair as to be extremely dangerous) as well as potential damage to autos alignments THANK YOU #RVA311! W. Franklin has FINALLY been paved! Not to seem ungrateful, could you now turn your attention to Park between Chantilly & Franklin, Spokane between Patterson & Monumental, and upper Greenway between Patterson & W. Franklin? Thank you. 🙏 🙂
