Description
The sidrwalk here is severely damaged for about 50 yards in between forest hill avenue and westover hills elementary school. Hundreds of students, families and community members use this sidewalk multiple times per day and it is not safe. It is very broken and uneven, and lies too low to the ground/street level, making it easy for the constant reckless drivers at this intersection to drive up onto the sidewalk adjacent to the playground.
