Description

The GPRA requests the removal of a large Willow Oak in a traffic diverter island. (1) Power lines run less than 3 feet from the trunk of the tree-it has already overtopped them by about 12 feet. Requires ongoing pruning. (2) Willow oaks are shallow rooted, will likely lift or crack the curb and /or roadway. This has happened in several areas in Ginter Park.
