Description

Our street and alley crews would ordinarily handle this, but inspection revealed that >50% of the limbs would have to be pruned (removed) to provide adequate visibility. This is more radical intervention than I feel comfortable referring to non-specialists. For all I can determine, the whole thing might have to be removed. Can one of you all evaluate this, and at least advise us on whether to prune or remove?
