Description

During 2021, 2022 & in 2023, I’ve documented vegetation growing on traffic signs along the East side of the Riverside Drive & Rt. 147 / Huguenot Road, North-bound “On-Ramp”. Please have RVA DPW personnel immediately trim all vegetation away from these traffic signs AND along the ENTIRE SECTION of guard rail. Vines and vegetation are encroaching on the right side of the Rt. 147 & Riverside Drive “Off-ramp” travel lane.
