Description
The Lagerstroemia indica is overgrown, has never once been maintained in the 15 years I have lived here, is in the way of mowing and maintaining the right of way and for parking on street, this has been like this for years and has been reported several times much like the overhanging tree limbs, potholes, curb and gutter and other issues the city has been informed of yet continues to do nothing to resolve or rectify.
