Description
There is a city tree in the easement on Midlothian Tpk just east of E 35th St and Midlo that is blocking the view. It is very difficult when trying to turn left onto Midlothian from E 35th St you cannot see the traffic headed westbound on Midlothian bc it is blocking the view.
