Description

There is a metal anchor (looks like it anchors a wire to the telephone pole wire) sticking up on the sidewalk which has just occurred and is a real tripping hazard to the many people who walk there-especially in the dark--it would be impossible to see--the sidewalk there is very uneven and should be fixed but the new hazard is a real problem.
