Description
The city scraped up the alley and replaced some gravel earlier this year. TOO MUCH soil was scraped up in the alley from 1213 lorraine to about 1209 lorraine. This issue causes major puddles with minimal rain. PLEASE REPLACE/LEVEL the alley so there is not such a significant dip.
