Description

Large tree branch fell on caller's car and broke windshield, the side mirror with dents on the side of car where the mirror was knocked off; there are dents/scratches on the side of car and damage to fence in front yard and mailbox; caller states she has complained of the large tree branch before but do not remember when. Caller was provided the phone # to City attorney to file claim.
