Description
Not really a repair, per se. But requesting a recalibration or reprogramming. The light for Bliley turn onto Forest Hill stays red for what seems like an eternity. Whether morning, evening, weekend, or night, it stays red forever. However, the green light literally changes within 5 seconds. And it seems to take drivers 3 seconds to even realize it's green. Then, because of the dip in the intersection, the light is usually red before even 2 vehicles get through the light.

- Staff · February 20, 2026Dear Citizen, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At the time your request was received, our team checked the vehicle detection at the intersection, and all equipment was functioning normally. As long as vehicles approached and stopped at the stop bar, traffic on Bliley Road received adequate green time. We also monitored this intersection over an extended period. While minor delays could occur depending on traffic volumes and driver response times, no significant operational issues were observed. As no further action is needed at this time, I am closing this service request.
