Description

Hackberry on Westwood Ave. Request removal. Appears diseased, low hanging branch impedes traffic, extensive surface roots causing topsoil to run into street causing sidewalk to lift. Inability to grow grass under canopy. Undesirable variety. interferes with owners trees in yard. would like to meet with arborist please.
