Description

Father passed away she is now responsible for the resident; the sidewalk is real buckled and chipped and there will be an elderly person moving to this address caller request the repair of the sidewalk. The sidewalk is a safety concern. Caller states it looks like the COR tried putting the asphalt to help but it didn't work so the sidewalk needs to be completely leveled out and replaced.
