- Staff · October 26, 2023The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Exeter Rd and Banbury Rd does not meet the traffic volume requirements for an all-way stop. Speed samples are planned on Exeter Rd to determine if speed tables are needed.
