Description
There is a very large dead tree in the city’s right of way in the 600 block of W. 25th St. it has not had any leaves for a couple of years now, and I am surprised that it is still standing. It is very dangerous and needs to be removed before it falls on someone. I am not sure about power lines, but the powerlines are above ground in this area.  That said, I believe the powerlines are on the opposite side of the street from where the tree is.
