Description
Sidewalk has started top buckle due to tree roots, caller states she has seen 3 residents that has fallen and one fall the resident fell and flipped over with minor abrasions; caller states there is a K-Race that is scheduled for next Month, November and she is afraid heavy foot traffic on the sidewalk buckled many people could get hurt.
