Description
need repair on the edge of the road by the mailbox the mailbox guy is having trouble getting the mail and also her husband that is wheel chair bound has fallen because of the edge of the road near the mail box. Caller states the edge of the road is steadily crumbling away and is getting worse. There is no curb it goes straight from the ditch to the street.
