Description
There are a couple of metal flanges in the middle of the bike path at the Northeast corner of Richmond-Henrico Turnpike and Brookland Park Road. They are set in the pavement and difficult to see as they are only a few inches tall. I hit one on my bicycle a couple of years ago and flew over the handlebars injuring myself and damaging my bike. I reported it to the City at the time but nothing has been done. Can someone please address the problem before someone gets seriously injured?
