Description
The alley in the 400 block between W Franklin and W Grace has been ripped up by the new VCU dorm construction on Monroe and Grace Street. Because Monroe street and the alley in the 500 block between W Franklin and W Grace has been closed, the heavy equipment and materials have been transported down alley. Perhaps the developer who is putting up the dorm can repair/re-pave this alley when they do the alley in the 500 block which will certainly be redone when construction is finished
