Description

The tree is mainly on city property, although about 1/3 is on my property. The tree limbs are tangled in multiple wires. The tree is also covered in vines and seems unstable. I am trying to build a fence and cannot with the tree currently blocking where I need to put the fence. There is also a gas line running through my yard, so unsure how to pull up the tree roots without pulling a gas line. I would like the cities help in cutting down the tree.
