- Staff · October 12, 2023Speed tables for Oak Lane between Grove Ave and Harlan Circle were reviewed before. The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Oak between Grove and Harlan for a 48 hour period averaged 29mph. This sample is in compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not planned.
