Description

Behind our home is a stretch which is the City of Richmond property HOUFF transfer lot on commerce this needs to be cut down as this is laying on my gate

    Contrary to requestor's description, there is no "alley" here. Closest thing to COR "property" is utility ROW which does not communicate with streets and is not developed for traffic (see "alley" photos). Seems 2B maintained voluntarily by adjacent business or residents. Any clearing would have to be similarly done - viz, privately and voluntarily. Closing request.
