Description

There should be several speed bumps around Anne Hardy Plaza. The streets are very wide and people drive double the speed limit down 1st Ave, Carolina Ave, Pollock St., and Milton St. It is very unsafe for children playing in the park, getting on and off the bus to go to school, and the general public in the neighborhood enjoying the park.
