    Spoke to the property owner- she states the trash is coming from 3600 Stockton Street because they have no trash cans and dump their trash in the alleyway behind Mrs. Garrett's House. 3600 Stockton Street will be investigated to determine if super cans are missing and work to resolve the issue.
