Description

Please consider installing an alternating traffic light at the current Combined Sewer Overflow Outfall 004 Project near Stone Brewery. The traffic is backed up coming into town from Varina. Traffic is horrible at Orleans Street and Nicholson Streets where they intersect with Dock Street.
