Citizen says that the street that he lives on is 35mph....Vehicles speed up 65mph on this street. Citizen is requesting a speed bump on this street.

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Whitehead Rd measured 40mph. This sample generally complies with the posted 35 mph speed. Speed tables are not currently planned.
