Description

Multiple cars hit as well as animals hit constantly on this stretch of road. 1800 block of north 28th is right next to a school. Cars fly through this street and blow past school bus stop signs. I have seen children have to jump out of the way as well. We need speed bumps and speed monitoring. PLEASE
