Description
There are 2 requests for No Parking on the corner of E Clay and 21st street.I am OPPOSED to these requests which have already been assigned.Unless you designate that entire block "RESIDENT ONLY PARKING", there should be parking allowed on this corner.Residents have no parking available anywhere other than the street. There is room for cars turning the corner to stay in their designated lane and not hit eachother or parked cars IF THEY ARE NOT SPEEDING. A parked car does not strike a moving car.
