THIS TREE IS BLOCKING THE STREET AND BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK IT HAS COMPLETELY BLOCKED ALL LIGHTS AT NIGHT AND MADE IT EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE PLEASE CUT BACK THIS TREE IMMEDIATELY
