Request for sidewalk to be repaired on both sides of Maps Global Church (Moss Side Ave and Montrose Ave between Westwood and church parking lot). Significant uplifting due to tree growth, causing serious tripping hazards. Not ADA acceptable.

This request has been sent to the CIP division and will be reviewed for project funding and prioritization based on repair criteria. The CIP division repairs sidewalks based on funding and a risk based repair criteria. This location will be Considered for special large maintenance projects. If there is no funding in FY 22 for this project within Maintenance or CIP, this location will be evaluated again for funding in FY 23.
