Description
The timing of the lights was changed recently, maybe last week and it is causing massive traffic backups. Cars are going through red lights and blocking intersections. The lights used to be in sync and did not cause problem. Now problems.

I tried reaching him out for more details, but unfortunately, he has not added his contact information anywhere in his requests. TED conducted site visit and phase movement assessments. Everything was working perfectly. No further action is needed at the moment.
