Between 108 N Stafford Avenue and the rear of 2401 Grove Avenue, some cognitively impaired individual or individuals has left a lot of household flotsam and jetsam -- the kind of things intelligent and morally responsible people would take to a thrift store. Can you send your guys to wipe this person's butt ...? uh, I mean clean up after them? Thank you.
