Description

Speed bumps were installed in other areas of the neighborhood to slow cars using our neighborhood as a throughway. This particular street is just as long and unfortunately receives cars clocking in around 35-45mph, same with school buses, no joke!! Can be scary and we have little kids in the streets all the time. Please add one speed hump on either end of this long stretch lf Arizona Drive, thanks!

I understand speed tables are planned in the Woodhaven Neighborhood for Woodhaven Dr., Circlewood Dr. / Green Acres Ave and Red Oak Lane. Woodhaven intersects with Hull St and carries about 700 vehicles a day. Circlewood / Green Acres Ave connects with Old Midlothian Turnpike and Hull St Rd N. and carries about 1600 vehicles a day. Red Oak functions as a collector between Arizona Dr and Circlewood and carries about 1000 vehicles a day. Arizona is the northern most street, the shortest street and carries about 350 vehicles a day. The highest traveled streets played a large part in selecting speed tables for the Woodhaven Neighborhood.
