Description
These stoplights went out a couple weeks ago during a storm, and they were repaired. But now, the timing schedule of the lights is TERRIBLE. The signal for cars traveling on Westbrook Ave. is only turning green for ~5 seconds, causing traffic backups for cars in the turn lanes who have to yield to others coming straight. Meanwhile, the signal for cars traveling on Brook Rd. is staying green for like 2-3 minutes, causing even more traffic buildup for cars on Westbrook. Can we close the gap here?
