Description
Richmond Public Services told me I am automatically billed for recycling so we should have received a bin for that, but we ONLY received a single trash bin (and not our recycling bin) when you dropped off the bin. So this Is my request for a recycling bin, and the agent said it's NO CHARGE because it's accounted for on the monthly bill.
