Description
This public alley behind 108 East Gray street has become incredibly dangerous and disgusting. It is filled with shards of glass, poop, Rotting food, and so much trash everywhere. People now use it as a dumping area for everything and it is unsanitary and dangerous. Broken glass everywhere. Not safe for dogs or children or anyone without boots on. Every week new trash gets added as one trash collection company for 108 e grace collects, in the process trash spews everywhere. Please help!!!
