Description

The alley has become an ongoing problem. 1. When the sanitation department picks up the dumpster at 108 E Grace, debris is left in the alley: cat litter, broken glass and various rubbish items. 2. There have been excess card board boxes for weeks against the building across alley which is 105 E Broad Street. 3. A dumpster that belongs to 107 E Broad continues to have trash and furniture left around it. The dumpster is up against 108 E Grace. It moves around and blocks alley.
