Description

The roots of the tree have invaded the terracotta sewer pipes. To fix the problem by replacing the pipes is complex because the pipes go underneath the house, requiring horizontal drilling. We have obtained a $25,000 estimate for such drilling. The alternative would be to take down the tree. Baker Ellett at Blue Dog Realty is our agent and explain more. He is at 804-353-1827.
