Description
23rd and Q Street 22 and P Pink and Carrington 23rd and Carrington - All of these streets FLOODED during the storm due to overgrown roads and drains. I pulled out wood from the drain in one of these pictures. Please send someone to pave the cobblestone, clear the overgrown shrubbage on the street, and clean out all the gutter/sewage systems. I would really appreciate the city fixing this block this is a huge risk.
