Description
The one way sign at 15th and Semmes is damaged, therefore people often turn on the road when it is a one way. I have seen cars turn in and have to back out because a car has turned down the wrong way. The car that turned down the street the wrong way was driving rather quickly, and luckily the oncoming car was going slow enough to back out back into McDonough. You all may want to add a Do not enter sign.
