- Staff · September 26, 2023The focused approach to speed management first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions along the street. Moss Side Rd measures about 600’ between North Ave and Laburnum Ave and has stop signs at both intersections so speed tables are not planned. Google street view shows 25mph signs are posted in each direction of travel.
