Description

contractor working on project on pineway dumped a pile of asphalt on the side of the road. The pile of asphalt is a hazard to motorist that use the berm on riverside. I reported this right after it occurred. It got kicked around city departments with no one accepting responsibility and then closing the case. Please address quickly.
