Description
Street tree root dangerously raising sidewalk. In winter, ice dam and ice field will form. Pedestrian can easily trip. I have reported this before by phone and been promised assistance, which never materialized. This definitely should be fixed before winter. The root also endangers my front steps and retaining wall.
