Description

Arborist was here about 5 years ago re: another tree and said tree in question probably belongs to city. It wasn't looking healthy so I asked him to confirm with me who owns it and I never heard back. It is looking much worse now, limbs are dropping, and action needs to be taken and I don't want to see anyone get hurt its right next to the road.
