Stop Sign and Street Sign (on Springhill at 44th) are almost fully obscured by tree growth. At some angles it is nearly impossible to see, especially at night.

    COR tree found overgrown and obstructing the stop sign / Street signage. I was able to clear out branches to see the stop sign. Street signs still obstructed. This ticket will be referred to Chris Hayes.
