Description
The PHB seems to be malfunctioning. Sometimes, when the button is pressed, absolutly nothibg happens. Other times, it takes more tgan a full minute to trigger the light. This is extremely damgerous, as there is a school adjacent, and the crosfing guard is only present st arrival and dismisssl. Parents have made choices to have their child cross without supervision specifically because the PHB is there.
