Description

Alley location is BEHIND 713 W 27th Street address, and back of 2703 Hillcrest Road Address. Ashpalt alley is severely damaged and completely eroded in some areas. Exposed gravel is washing into local park grounds and private residential property. Exposed gravel from under asphalt is gutting over 6 inches deep and is dangerous to drive on. Affected area needs new asphalt to prevent further damage, gutting and washout. Previous request closed on 20th Sep. 2023 at 2:52 PM, without any repair.
