Description
Line of sight to my car is blocked by darkness. Trees are tangled in the electrical wires, a fire hazard. Tree limbs touch the electrical lines and cover the street lights it is very dark at night & conducive for car burglary. A neighbor almost had her entire car stolen last month in front of our apartment. They broke a window of her car and had a tow truck ready to pull it away until stopped by an alert neighbor. Car burglar gang tagged stop sign. 500 N. 27th St 23223. Corner of Leigh & 27th.
