Description
If the city arborist refuses to remove the pecan tree in front of our and neighbors homes then we'll need he or she to have the city come here and clean up the mess its made on our roofs, porches, cars, sidewalk and especially the street. It's one huge mess and causes nothing but damage! As many as 10 squirrels get in the tree at one time dropping acidic nuts on everything! Tried calling 804-646-5001 for days and it just says operator not available and hangs up on caller's.
