Description
During the past storm in early September, The tree dropped large limbs that appeared healthy, but once fallen onto the side walk and my yard (crushing my lamppost) the limbs were rotten. There is a large hole in the SW from this fall. This side walk is used for walking , playing, biking with children. There are visible dead limbs if you stand under it and look up. But, healthy looking limbs also fall. It needs to be limbed up. Multiple requests in over the years!! HUGE OAK
